Gone Green & Introducing Wycinanka

Hi crafters,
it's been months again since I last posted anything I've made myself, but hold on to your hats, today I've got something to share. :-)  Now; green is not my go to colour, but it makes a nice change from pink and blue cards, don't ya think?!
The paper I've used here (both front and back) is "Apple Blossom 12x12" from Pion Design's discontinued collection "A Day in May". In case you haven't heard (or seen) I'm currently doing a SPRING CLEANING SALE and the "A Day in May 12x12"collection is 40% off!!!
A Day in May 6x6 you can buy at 45% discount.

On the pretty paper I stencilled with some texture paste.
The bird's nest I made with some sisal.
The white flowers tulips, poppies, wild roses, and hip rose buds, have been combined with pomegranate apples in green (toned down with gesso).  To the die cut leaves I added some crackle paint.

The trim on top is a Maya Road Scallop Trim - also currently ON SALE!!!
At the bottom of the card there's Lace Cheyenne (spray painted white).
.
Now I'd like to draw your attention to the gorgeus bird. It's from the Polish company Wycinanka and in case you're not familiar with them; they produce gorgeous chipboard designs and soon this little birdie together with a few more chipboards will be landing at LLC's shelves.
Ok...well in all honesty there's actually not just going to be a few new chipboards....
There were over 1400 designs to choose from...I narrowed it down the best I could but my order still contains over 100 different designs!!! :-D :-D :-D
It's a mix of backgrounds, ornaments, borders, foliage, wording...

 Here's a little sneak peek:

And if it is chipboard frames that get you excited... you'll have 30+ different frames to choose from:
Hope you'll like this new addition to the LLC Store!

I first started looking into adding chipboards to the LLC store about a month ago, but it's taken me  some time to find the right brand, receive samples and then putting my order together. Therefore I do unfortunately don't think the chippies will be here before Easter, but as you know; patience is a virtue and good things come to those who wait. :-)

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Hugz, Sandy
