Cute As A Button

 Hey Everyone
Its Debbie here today with this weeks theme of 'Cute as a button'

I wasnt sure which way to take it...was I supposed to use a button or a cute image? So I played it safe and used both :D
I think its the second time this week you will of seen this gorgeous image from Pion Design and it was totally funny |:D

The seam binding you see on the picture was originally white but I coloured with Distress Re-Inker Weathered Wood.

The cardboard you see is also from LLC (it was the box my goodies arrived in!!!) torn and painted in Acrylic paint.
I decorated using the DooHickey Butterfly.
Everything else I used is listed below.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend :D

Carousel Horse Cuteness

Happy Friday, everyone! It's Karen here with my take on Sandy's theme of Cute as a Button. It's been an especially sweet week on this blog! ♥︎

I was inspired to use the cutest paper collection: Maja Design's Vintage Baby.
This is for a mother who recently welcomed a very special baby boy into the world. The only paper not from Vintage Baby is the dark blue, which is from Pion Design Palette (Blue III). I remain enamored with these darling papers. Coco lace and Sunflower Pearl Trim line the center, which is accented with sweet buttons.
The carousel horse is a Forever Memories For You cut file, which I've embellished with pearly goodies. Pearl Lace with Beads trims the canopy while a Pearl String wraps around the pole. I cut off a Sunflower Pearl for the top.

Dangling from the Maya Road Love Heart Clip is one of LLC's newest embellishments: Chain Charm "Leaves." The sweet fluttering leaves and chain are so beautiful that I opted to let it shine on its own. ♥︎
Thank you for visiting Live & Love Crafts! Have a beautiful weekend. :o)

Hugs and blessings,
Karen ♥︎
