The beauty of the cherry blossom

Good morning! It's Heidi here today blogging a card made for the theme "cherry blossom",
Some years ago I lived and worked in Japan. And in Japan they don't have only one single cherry tree in their gardens, but you find hundreds of them in the parks. And the view of all these cherry trees in blossom is the most beautiful sight I have seen.

Like the rest of the DT I have been inspired by the colour of the cherry tree blossom.
I have used papers from Pion Design's collection "Paris Flee Market" together with a doily, cheese cloth, tulle, lace, pearl string and flowers.

Unfortunatly this is my last blog post for LLC. I have had an amazing year in the design team with a lot of funny challenges. Thank you Sandra for letting me be a part of this wonderful design team!
And a big thanks to all you followers for all the postive feed backs I have got from you!
I hope you in the future will like to keep on following my work in my blog or in my gallery at the Facebook.

Goodbye for now!
Hugs, Heidi

Flower girls

Good morning! Today it's me Heidi blogging my card using something old and something new,

I have used a paper from Maja Design's brand new collection "Vintage Baby". The name of this paper is "Flowers for Mum". And I think that fit's perfectly with the image :-)

The other stuff I have  used to decorate the card is "old", but the oldest I have used is the edge dies "Doily" from Tim Holtz. That was the first dies I ever bought, and I thought that dies was so nice, so of that reason I bought my Big Shot so I could use the dies.

I wish you all a beautiful weekend - enjoy the spring!

Vintage wedding

Good morning everyone, and Happy Easter!
This week we are making cards using the new collection from Pion Design; "Vintage Wedding".
Beautiful papers in light, soft colours!

I have combined two of the papers from the collction with green Bazill and a beautiful image I found on the internet. I have used different kind of dies to cut out the edges of the papers, and I have decorated the card with lace, a doily and flowers.

Enjoy your Easter holiday!

Sweet roses

Good morning!
Have you seen the new collection from Reprint? The papers are so gorgous! Today I have made a birthday card using two of th papers from the Romance in Sweden collection.

I have decorated the card with a vintagae image, doily, cheesecloth, laces and a flowers in pink and white and a heart button.

I painted the heart button with white Gesso so it's matched the colour of the flowers.

Wish you all a creative and sunny weekend!
Hugs, Heidi
