Sorry Im running late in my post today..but Ive finally made it..

Our task from Sandy this week was to Pimp That Bag..

Ive actually made two, as the first one I made I realised the papers had been discontinued, but I'll show it anyway because Im sure you will still have some in your stash :D

The first one I made with Pions beautiful new gorgeous papers 'To My Valentine' and the DooHickey Heart from Volume 5 'Celebrations'

To accompany it I made a mini card using 'Cupid Love Tilda' from the newest Magnolia Collection 'A Touch Of Love' and gave it a Vintage Sepia look using Distress Ink Walnut Ink.

Also the Bow is a DooHickey 'Brides Bow'.

Hello, everyone! It's Karen here with my paper bag inspiration. This was my first time decorating a bag and I enjoyed every moment of it. :o)

Pion Design's To my Valentine collection is irresistibly beautiful in color and design. ♥︎

Red is one of my favorite colors with which to craft so I am excited about these papers. Love is for all seasons and the majority of this collection is not Valentine-specific. They are a stunning avenue to share a piece of your heart, especially when bordered by ruffly trims. ♥︎

The lattice heart is bubbling up with sweet love, adorned with tiny Maja butterflies and a combination of Wild Orchid Crafts and You Do flowers. Nestled within the arrangement are clay hearts, which are embossed with Shabby White frantage for touches of gold. The layered lace flower is centered with a Button Etoile, perhaps my all-time favorite button.

The large layered butterflies are die-cut with pretty Pion papers, upon which I used the darker heart paper for its shadows because they are guided by love. For sappy crafters like myself, this collection makes the heart flutter.
