Well I actually made 4, but they're all pretty much the same, so I'll just show you two as they have got different images. :-D

Here's the card I made with the gorgeous Church image from the sheet "Coming Home 12x12" from Pion Design's latest Christmas collection, "Glistening Season", which you can currently buy @ 20% discount!!!


Stunning, isn't it?!

The other image I used is this one with a bridge from the "By the River" 12x12 sheet.

As a base I used the Blue V from the Pion Palette cardstock.
Now; I must admit that initially I was a bit skeptical about the Pion Palette...I've always just used white cardstock and been perfectly happy with that, but it makes a nice change to use coloured cardstock and it's fantastic to have matte vintage colours that match Pion's patterned papers. :-D


 As can be seen in the close up pics, I added liquid pearls to the images.

Had a bit of a play with the whitewashed cinnamon sticks and the bells...

  I also added lots of snow-tex (20% off) for the shabby look...
