It's Sandy here, continuing the Carnival week with Tina's post.
In some cities in Germany, carnival is a big event.
I've lived in Duesseldorf, which every year over several days is hosting a huge carnival party. Officially the carnival opens on 11.11 at 11.11 am, but this week from Thursday until Monday next week is really when the celebrations will take place. The Germans sometimes refer to carnival as the 5th season:
As you can tell from this picture collage, carnival in Duesseldorf, just like in most places is a colourful event. :-) Therefore, I was curious to see how the LLC DT Members would tackle this challenge, and here's what Tina made:
Definitely Venice carnival inspired, I'd say. :-)
