This gorgeous vintage image is from Pion Design's Fairytale of Winter.
Also the DP is from Pion Design; this is Church 12x12 from the Silent Night collection.
Tina embossed both the paper and the image with a bit of white embossing powder.
She also cut out a snowflake from the DP and placed it inside the Oval Vintage Photo Frame Pendant", which she then attached a Snowflake Charm to.
The large bow on top is LLC's "Winter White" Shabby Seam Binding and at the bottom of the card, Tina used a piece of white Frilled Cotton Lace and the "Oyster Cream" Rhinestones Lace.
The flower display is mostly made up of Chrysantemums from Kort & Godt.
