Shabby Songbird

Hi Everyone!
Karita here today with a new card to share with you.
I made a little different card as usual - a card with no stamped image :)
So let´s take a look at the card....
As you have probably already gathered from earlier posts here, this week our theme is hunting and picking berries or mushrooms.
I don´t know much about hunting, but gladly I got little help from sweet Sandra, who suggested to use this beautiful paper Songbird from Riddersholm  Design - Huntington Garden collection.
So I´ve cut the songbird out from the paper, added some white gesso on the bird and lift it up a little bit with 3D pillows.
I used white jute ribbon and natural jute twine and few beautiful resin blossoms. And you can find that gorgeous victorian birdcage at the Live & Love Crafts store too :)
More gesso - I just love that stuff :) Some cheese cloth and few Idea - logy memo pins.

Thank you for visiting and don´t forget to visit over at the Live & Love Crafts store - there´s plenty of New Products just waiting for you :)

Have a crafty weekend everyone :)
Hugs, Karita
