Sandy here bright and early.
As you might have seen/heard I did a DT Call, which ran for 2 weeks and closed this past Saturday.
I thought it was only the third one in the now almost 4year history of LLC's existance, but yesterday I double-checked and it turned out it's actually the 4th one.
I'm very fortunate to have had/and still have designers who have stuck with me for a long time, some for more than 3 years, believe it or not!
It's always sad when someone leaves the team, especially when they've been on the team for a very long time. That was certainly the case when
Becky left around Christmas last year; Becky had applied in my very first DT Call in June 2012 and had been on the team ever since.
You might wonder why I'm telling all this...well I wanted to give you some background as one of the new DT Members is an old one, namely Becky :-)
I was thrilled to learn that she was back to colouring & cardmaking after her break from blogging and overjoyed when she expressed her interest to re-join the LLC Design Team.
Becky, who is and has been a huge fan of Maja Design papers (I think that may be why she applied for the very first DT Call) has evolved tremendously as a crafter and colourist during the years she's been with LLC, and she knows the store and the products inside out.
I know that many readers of this blog are also very fond of Becky's work, and will agree with me that it's great to have her back!
Becky is currently designing for Mo Manning, Saturated Canary and Magnolia.

Now; many of you will know that I'm Swedish and throughout LLC's history most of the time there has always been a Scandinavian on the Design Team.
That hasn't been the case for some time, so I'm very pleased to announce that the other new (and this time it's a really a new DT member ;-)) is from Norway.
I've always admired the Norwegian scrappers and cardmakers; they are extremely talented vintage designers and many trends and influences in crafting derive from Norway.
Therefore I'm sooooo excited to welcome Cathrine Sandvik to the LLC Team.
You'll probably have come across Cathrine's work before.
She is designing for Pion Design, Stempelglede, the Scandinavian scrapping magazine Ett Tryck as well as Norwegian Papirdesign.
