Hi everyone, Becky here today and it's my turn to bring you a creation with one of the gorgeous digi's from Crafts And Me, I chose the stunning Emily.

I've used Go Kreate dies to cut the large card shape, the papers are the scrummy Limited Edition Sofiero from Maja Design, the edges have both been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool and also with Walnut Stain Ink.

I printed the image out onto 6x4 photo paper, and then cut it with the floral ovals die, I cut along the dotted lines, and then used Bazzill to cut the same shape again. I distressed the edges around the image as my cutting skills aren't brilliant, lol.

The roses are from my stash, I've used cream hortensias, these are great for filling little gaps in your flowers.

Morning,

I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, isn't it hot hot hot here in the UK, almost makes me want to go to work to be in the air conditioning, lol.  My card for you today is completely the opposite of hot as the DT have been lucky enough to have been given some digi's from Crafts and Me to play with and I have taken the opportunity of getting ahead and made a Christmas Card using the image  Esme, and I certainly wouldn't mind a few snowflakes at the moment to cool me down.  Speaking of snowflakes, I used the Whimsy snowflake die to create the edges on this card and distressed with walnut stain distress ink.

I printed the image and embossed several  times using the ultra thick embossing powder.  I then bent it in several directions to create the cracking to give it that extra vintage look.  I stamped the Fronz text onto accetae using timber staz-on ink so that I could place it over the image.  A little shabby white frantage was added to the image and it worked well on top of the ultra thick embossing, so something else you could try with your frantage.

I have used Maja Design's Spirit and Inkido Forever Santa Christmas Music papers.

I added a Vintage Findings Pearl Centre to the poinsetta.

For the smaller poinsetta I have used the cream stamen for the centre. I also added some corrugated card and added some shabby white frantage and some fragments, you can just about see them in this picture.

Roses and Butterflies...

Good Morning, it's Sandy here to show you what I've done with the Crafts & Me image I chose to work with today. In case you've missed it, this week the LLC DT Members have been using images from Crafts & Me's new line of digital vintage stamps on their projects.

As we're only posting every 2nd day now in July, there are three projects this week by Tina, Elin and myself and next week you have four to look forward to from Tracy, Becky, Eulanda, and Louise.

Roses and Butterflies are things that belong to Summer, just like ice and snow belong to Winter!
Winter however seems a bit distant at the moment, with the glorious sunshine and warm temperatures we've been enjoying for over a week now here in the UK, so today I've got this Summer card to share with you all:

The beautiful image is called "Dreaming" and I loved playing with her.
Another thing I also loved playing with for the first time was the gorgeous papers from Sofiero, Maja Design's new Limited Edition Collection.

Here I've used "Strolling Down The Rose Path", "The Elegant Wine House", and "Enjoying the Lovely Fragrance". The butterflies are from May, 6th/Vintage Spring Basics, and as you can see they go perfectly with the Sofiero papers. That's actually one of the things I find so neat with Maja Design's collections; they're all different, but yet they fit so well together.

Now some details:

The frame around the image as well as the Shabby Bark Heart were both frantaged, and what better colour to use than "Aged Rose" for all the lovely rose papers on this card?!!! To add a bit of shabbyness, I applied some crackle paint (Picket Fence) to the papers and on the embellishments.

Speaking of shabby, the Kort & Godt Hortensias are amongst the shabbiest flowers I know, aren't they just gorgeous?!!!

The wide lace at the bottom of the card is the Venice Scalloped Rose Lace, and along the strip with roses I used another favourite of mine, the white Pearl Lace with Beads. The bow is of course my/LLC's own seam binding;  this is the colour "Sweet Sage".

Friends make the world a better place...

Hello lovely readers! Long time no see, feels like ages ago since my last post.

Enjoying life with the Summer finally being here, working my a** of for two more weeks and then it's vacation time <3 

I have spent a few hours in my "cave" and made this little gift for a friend of mine, who is celebrating her birthday in the upcoming week. She's "one of us" mwahahaha :D So I had to make her a gift with some yummy stash in it. The idea I got from the Norwegian inspirational magazine "Ett Trykk":

I have used kraft from bazzill to fold the box, then I have messed up some Maja Design papers with my stencil: Chicken net?! If that's even a word! The sentiment on the outside says: "Good friends make the world a better place". The flowers from Prima and KOG have gotten a round of distress and gesso.

We were so lucky to get these adorable  Digital Vintage Photo Stamps from Crafts & Me to play with.

My girl is named "Esme in Winter" and is a real cutie. 

Now for a peak at the inside of my box:

Small jars with yummyness inside them: buttons, laces and rolled roses from KOG. 

And as you can see, the bark hearts found there way onto my project again! They were the perfect size to put on top of these lids and the words say: Teddy hug - Unique - Friendship.

Whispers of Love

Good Morning Everyone,

Long Time No See, at least that's what it feels like! :-)
It's Sandy here, doing Tina's Inspirational Post as usual on a Tuesday.
Though as we're having a bit of a Summer Break here the DT Members are making their cards and projects bi-weekly rather than weekly, which means we are posting something new every second day here on the blog during the month of July.

I don't know about you, but I find myself looking forward even more now to the LLC DT Members' lovely projects. I miss seeing their gorgeous creations every day!

This week and next week we are doing a special collaboration with Crafts & Me.
Crafts & Me recently released a brand new line of Digital Vintage Photo Stamps.

The lovely owner Teresa has kindly offered each one of the LLC DT Members a stamp of their choice to play with; thanks so much Teresa, we appreciate it very much.

Tina chose the gorgeous image "Whispers of Love", and this is her card:

 The papers Tina have used are a combination of Maja Design's Vintage Summer & Vintage Spring Basics. Tina hadn't recieved her Sofiero papers yet, otherwise I bet she would have used them!:-)

 The Melissa Frances hangers have now sold out, however restocks should arrive in a couple of weeks.

The frame around the image was embossed with "Shabby Pink".

The beautiful resin frame is from the Oval Resin Frame Set from Melissa Frances and the gorgeous pearl centre in the middle of the bow is from Maya Road. Around the whole card, Tina has used the stunning pearl lace with beads.
